Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and PinDrift. They cover the PinDrift apps for Windows, Mac, iPhone and Android, the website at pindrift.app, and our license servers. You accept them when you buy a plan or use PinDrift.

Section 9 requires individual arbitration instead of court and waives class actions. You can opt out within 30 days.

1. Who can use PinDrift

You must be 18 or older and live in the United States. There is no exception with a parent's permission. PinDrift is not offered in the EU, the UK, Switzerland, or anywhere under U.S. sanctions. If we learn a user is under 18, we end the license without a refund.

2. Plans

• Monthly, $9 a month. Renews until you cancel.
• Yearly, $60 a year. Renews until you cancel.
• Lifetime, $70 once. Includes every future update.
• 5-Day Pass, $5 once. Five days from purchase, without Advanced Spoofing. It does not renew.
• Free. The iPhone and Android apps include 30 free minutes a day. The desktop app has no free tier.

A license covers one active computer at a time. You can move it to a new computer once every 180 days from your account page, or sooner after a loss or hardware failure if we agree. Plans we no longer sell, such as the 10-Day Pass and crypto purchases, keep the terms they were bought under. A license bought with only a key can't be recovered if the key is lost.

3. Payments and refunds

Our payment processor takes payment. You can cancel a subscription anytime from your account page and keep access until the period ends. Sales are final: we don't refund one-time purchases or partial periods. We may make an exception, for example for a defect we can't fix, so ask us with your order ID. A chargeback ends the license.

4. Your license

We give you a personal license to use PinDrift. You don't own the software and can't transfer the license. Don't copy, sell, share or reverse engineer PinDrift, except where the law allows it, and don't get around its license checks. Personal plans are for personal use. Business use needs a commercial license, so ask us.

5. Using PinDrift

Use PinDrift only on devices and accounts you own or are allowed to use, and follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Many apps ban location changes and may suspend your account. That risk is yours. If your breaking the law or these terms leads to a claim against us, you cover the cost. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect and is part of these terms.

6. Updates and availability

Paid plans include updates while they are active. We may change or remove features. We don't promise PinDrift works with any phone, operating system version or app, or that it never goes down.

7. Warranty and liability

PINDRIFT IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES, SUCH AS BANNED ACCOUNTS, LOST PURCHASES OR LOST GAME PROGRESS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF WHAT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR $100.

This does not limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or anything else the law does not let us limit.

8. Ending a license

We may end your license without a refund if you break these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. We may also end a license, or stop offering PinDrift, for any other lawful reason, never in bad faith or on a basis the law protects. When we do that, we refund the unused part of what you paid within 30 days, and the full price for Lifetime. You can stop anytime by uninstalling. Sections 3, 4, 5, 7, 9 and 10 still apply after a license ends.

9. Disputes: arbitration and class action waiver

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION. YOU AND PINDRIFT AGREE TO SETTLE DISPUTES BY INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION, NOT IN COURT, AND EACH GIVE UP A JURY TRIAL AND ANY CLASS ACTION. YOU CAN OPT OUT WITHIN 30 DAYS.

• Talk first. Email [email protected] about the dispute. We both get 60 days to settle it before either starts arbitration.
• Arbitration. One arbitrator, run by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in Fulton County, Georgia. Hearings are by phone or video unless we both agree otherwise. PinDrift pays the fees those rules assign to it. The arbitrator can award the same individual relief a court could, and decides every question about this agreement except whether the class action waiver is enforceable, which a court decides.
• Opt out. Email [email protected] within 30 days of first accepting these terms, with your name, the email on your license, and that you opt out of arbitration. The rest of these terms still apply, and disputes then go to the courts of Fulton County, Georgia, without a jury.
• No class actions. Claims can only be brought individually, never as part of a class or representative action. If this waiver can't be enforced for a claim, that claim goes to the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.
• Exceptions. Either of us can use small claims court, or go to court to stop misuse of intellectual property. Nothing here waives your right to seek public injunctive relief in court.

10. Governing law

Georgia law governs these terms, along with any consumer protection laws of your state that can't be waived.

11. Changes

When these terms change, the date at the top changes. We tell you about material changes in the apps or by email at least 14 days before they take effect, and a change never applies to a dispute that started earlier.
